Kits and Merchandise may be shipped separately
All merchandise items are currently being shipped via Posti and should be available anywhere within Finland. We print most of the apparel to order which takes a few days and then we mail items on Mondays and Wednesdays. We hope to get you your gear as quickly as possible, but depending on when it is ordered it can take 1-2 weeks.
If you would like merchandise shipped internationally, we can not guarantee anything, but please send us an email with your address and items you would liked shipped and we will do our best to get you what you need!
All kits are currently being shipped via Posti and are shipped on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Posti tries to deliver the kits within 24 hours in the initial delivery area, which means they should be available for pick up or be delivered Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The contents of the kits are shipped in thermal boxes and should be kept cold for 48-72 hours. Please pick up immediately and place in a refrigerator. Should you like extra assurance of the cold chain, please purchase a thermal indicator for your shipment in the checkout step.
Home Kit Delivery Area
As this is a new category of product for Finland, we are trialing the initial deliveries in Turku, Tampere & Helsinki regions. We hope to expand this area to cover most of Finland as soon as possible. Please send us an email if you are interested in our kits and we do not currently deliver to your area.
Pickup from Fat Ramen Restaurants (Espoo and Helsinki stores):
The customer can pick up ordered products from Fat Ramen’s Restaurants at (address of pickup point). In many cases, products can be picked up on the same day between 11:00 -19:00. The customer will receive an email when ordered products are ready for pickup.
Order confirmation, receipt, and delivery confirmation (with tracking number) will be sent to the customer automatically when a certain phase of the order is processed. A commercial invoice will be attached to the parcel for orders shipping outside the EU for possible customs clearance.
Discount codes must be used when placing an order. The discount won’t be accepted or refunded after the order is placed.
